Received my new toy today that I bought on Amazon’s Prime Day: Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker! Tried it out tonight with some rib eye steaks with simple, pepper and salt seasoning.
Cold day up here in the Midwest…so why not enjoy a hot bowl of pho to warm things up?
