The last time I was at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, 2 of my friends who were with us that day were not married yet. That was around 2010 I think. It certainly has been awhile since then!
With cold days already here, it’s time to eat something to warm up! Khao poon is one of those foods that would do the trick.

In late May of this year, I was honored with an invitation by a friend to attend his wedding in Playa del Carmen, south of Cancun, on the coast. Met new people, made new friends, and many lasting memories!
