Before we headed south to the Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park for the day, we stopped at Ken’s House of Pancakes near our hotel for some lunch. If you’re ever in Hawai’i, make sure to try the saimin and the loco moco dishes. These two Hawaiian dishes are two pretty awesome local comfort foods.
