Last stop at Pearl Harbor, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum!

Trip Date: August 14th – 24th, 2019

The last part of the Pearl Harbor visitor package is the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.  Here at the museum, you learn more about the airfield that it sits on and the history of it specifically during World War II.  Interesting thing about the hangars here is that the bullet holes left by the Japanese aircrafts from World War II has been left in the glass.  A couple of images below will show it.  One hangar had mostly aircraft used during World War II, while the other hangar had mostly newer aircrafts such as fighter jets.  Between the hangars, you’ll get to checkout a few helicopters sitting outside like the Bell OH-58 Kiowa.  Check them out below!
