We’ve been wanting to take one of the nephews on a day trip somewhere that would also let us do some fishing, so we settled on Taylor Falls, Minnesota since it’s right on the St. Croix River also. We also visited the deer farm over in Wisconsin that was nearby after exploring Interstate State Park and doing some fishing in the afternoon!
